The Lion's Pride is the Chelmsford High Alumni magazine that is published three times a year: winter, summer and fall. It contains a host of interesting information, ranging from the annual Hall of Fame induction to feature articles on alumni and current students alike. It also publishes articles about the annual scholarship night held in May, in which dozens of deserving CHS graduating seniors and alumni receive cash prizes to help defray college and postgraduate expenses.
There are seasonal wrap-ups written by the Fine Arts and Athletic Department heads, recapping highlights of the most recent seasons and performances, a column written by the editor and a regular column written by the CHS principal, underscoring important events past, present and future at the school. The CHSAA president also contributes a regular column, keeping association members up to date on important news within the association. One of the most popular features of the magazine is the Class News section. A big attraction about the magazine is that members can become active participants by sending in news (birth of a child, grandchild, a wedding, new job, even the passing of a dear classmate or loved one, etc).
