To be eligible for any scholarship, you must apply to the CHSAA Scholarship Committee by completing the application form below. Please follow the directions carefully and completely. Only completed appications will be considered. All application forms must be received on or before midnight January 21, 2022. All successful applicants will be notified on or before April 19, 2022. Awards Night will take place on May 25, 2022, 730pm in the Carl J. Rondina Performing Arts Center at Chelmsford High School. Graduate scholarships require a copy of your most recent transcript (unofficial is acceptable). Please request a digital copy of your transcript in .PDF format and upload via this application.

Rondina Performing Arts Center at Chelmsford High School.  Please use this form to complete the application and upload any additional information as required for various scholarships.

The Scholarships, Described Below, Require An Essay. If You Do Not Include An Essay For These Scholarships, Your Request Will Not Be Considered.

Billy Taylor Memorial Scholarship:
Will be awarded to a senior who has shown the following qualities: concern for others, positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to overcome adversity.

Jan Silva Memorial Scholarship:
Will be awarded to a senior who exemplifies some of the finer qualities of Mrs. Silva. These qualities include a concern for others, a positive attitude, a sense of humor, and the ability to overcome adversity.

The scholarships, listed below, are awarded using the specific criteria as described. No application is required or accepted.

Blake Funeral Home Scholarship:
Will be awarded to the Vice-President of the Senior Class

Dolan Funeral Home Scholarship:
Will be awarded to the Secretary of the Senior Class

Fox Family Scholarship:
Will be awarded to the President of the National Honor Society.

Murray B. Hicks Memorial Scholarships:
Will be awarded to the male and female seniors who have contributed the most to Chelmsford High School during their senior year.

Will be awarded to the Senior(s) who has held the position of drum major for the Chelmsford High School marching band.

George A. Parkhurst Memorial Scholarship:
Will be awarded to the highest academically ranked senior who plans to major in science or engineering.

George Simonian Scholarship:
Will be awarded to the senior who has demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities, as determined by the High School administration.

George and Lucy Simonian Scholarships: These three scholarships will be awarded to the President of the Student Council (Senior), to the Senior Class Treasurer and a senior who has been accepted to and will be attending the United States Naval Academy.

Yearbook Scholarship:
Will be awarded annually to the Editor-in-Chief of the Yearbook.
