Hello Classmates,
Yup, we are getting older and this year represents our 25th anniversary since graduating from the legendary Chelmsford High School!
We have reserved the Chelmsford Elks for Saturday evening, November 26th from 7pm to 12midnight for us to prove we are still young and energetic!
Once again, we have secured Derek Robinson to DJ our event and he will have some crazy lights to help set the mood. Unfortunately the Chelmsford Elks doesn't allow 'smoke machines', which is good since we wouldn't want injuries on the dance floor due to poor visibility! Dave Luro and I inspected the dance floor layout at the Chelmsford Elks and we hope to set a Guinness World Book of Records for the number of classmates grooving to the latest tunes! Don’t worry, we will slow the pace down to play Eric Clapton’s ‘Wonderful Tonight’ for all you sentimental types.
Please bring your appetite to the reunion, which will be catered by Bianco's Catering. No worries, we will NOT be serving turkey, stuffing, gravy, etc.. It will be white glove service as you glide through the buffet line! They will have a wide variety of appetizers, entrees, vegetables, delicious starches, calorie-free desserts, sober-me-up coffee, etc..
Based on the cost of the venue, catering, and music, we will be offering tiered pricing (aka…an early pay discount) for those classmates who pay up early. The biggest advantage of paying early will allow you to reinvest the savings back into one of our two bartenders who will be serving up liquid magic all night!
Ticket Prices:
$45 per person Between now through June 30th
$50 per person July 1st through September 30th
$60 per person October 1st up until the night of our Reunion on Nov 26th
I am sure some of you are asking if we will take Apple Pay, PayPal, etc., however for now a check would be the easiest form of payment. We recognize this time of year might be difficult for some of you, however this is the best time of year for our reunion and we hope you can all make the event!
